What This Month Is About
This month’s update highlights measurable campaign momentum, on-the-ground school engagement, and the strategic partnerships fueling our mission. We are building not just funding, but a community movement around educator support across 26 schools.
📊 Campaign Progress: The Momentum Is Real
In late January, we launched the 26 for 2026 Campaign with a bold commitment:
$26,000 raised
1,000 donors engaged
26 schools supported
Today, we are proud to report:
$4,680 raised
71 donors
18% of our financial goal achieved
5 recurring monthly partners building sustainability
Early traction matters. It validates the mission. It proves community belief.
But we are not celebrating early — we are building forward.
$21,320 remaining. 929 donors to go.
The opportunity is in front of us.
🎓 School Engagement: Round Top Elementary
This month, I had the opportunity to volunteer at Round Top Elementary and meet directly with members of the faculty. One of the two male educators expressed genuine excitement about the Foundation’s partnership and the tangible support it was providing.
That enthusiasm speaks volumes.
When educators feel supported, they teach differently. When they teach differently, students learn differently. When students learn differently, communities change.
Our approach is relational, not transactional.
🤝 Partner Spotlight: David Whitley
We are grateful to David Whitley for his in-kind gift of seven promotional shirts supporting the Foundation.
This partnership does more than provide apparel. It expands visibility, strengthens brand awareness, and communicates that local business leaders believe in investing in education.
David is not simply a donor; he is a strategic partner and a friend of the Foundation.
This is how movements grow: partnership, alignment, and shared purpose.
🚀 The Next Level: Corporate Match Opportunity
We are actively seeking a corporate partner willing to match our $26,000 campaign goal.
