At the Williams Education Foundation, we are proud to champion the value of public education and stand firmly behind the individuals who make that value a reality. Their commitment is the backbone of student growth and the heartbeat of thriving communities.

Investing in Those Who Shape the Future

This year, WEF continued to expand its support for K–12 educators across the Columbia area. Our initiatives emphasize encouragement, recognition, and direct impact, including:

• Financial awards and grants for educators who go above and beyond.

• Teacher of the Month recognitions from September through June.

• Support for local schools, including a special award for a Round Elementary School recipient.

• Leadership and development opportunities that empower educators to excel.

These efforts represent our belief that investing in educators is investing in every student they touch.

Moving Forward With Purpose

As we close out 2025, we remain committed to deeper partnerships, stronger resources, and greater visibility for the work happening in our public schools. The challenges facing educators are real, but so is the collective power of a community determined to support them.
